Who Are We
The principal of T.N. Financial Group is Tim Nixon. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Urban Land Economics, from U.B.C. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in financing commercial real estate, in real estate investment analysis, commercial real estate acquisition and managing institutional mortgage and real estate portfolios. Some of his recent major accomplishments have included:
* Developed and launched a national in scope commercial mortgage investment program for an insurance company as a strategic part of their overall investment plan.
* Dramatically increased the presence and market share of the mortgage conduit business for a large investment bank.
* Successfully originated and negotiated the largest Canadian loan for securitization.
* Launched a real estate investment fund of $90 million which was sponsored by an international life insurance company.
